How we track prices
Where the prices come from
Every price on this site comes from an automated check of Universal Orlando's public booking engine — the same prices you'd see if you searched a stay on their website yourself. We track all 11 on-site hotels across supported dates, party sizes and standard or Annual Passholder searches. Coverage varies. A missing price means we have no usable observation for that combination; it does not establish that the hotel is sold out.
How often we check
Scheduled checks refresh the combinations we track. The time beside each result is the evidence of when that price was observed. A failed or incomplete check does not create a new price or make an older observation fresh. Watches compare qualifying results for your saved stay and alert settings.
What “checked 6h ago” means
The freshness chip next to a price tells you how long ago our most recent check of that price finished. Hotel prices move between checks, so a price is a recent reading, not a locked-in quote — the closer the chip is to “now,” the more likely it still matches what Universal will show you.
A nightly price is not a whole-stay quote
Flexible-date calendars show observed one-night prices. A multi-night search needs a quote for the complete stay: multiplying a calendar price by the number of nights can miss stay-length discounts or availability restrictions. Compare the same hotel, dates, guests, room and rate terms. Confirm taxes, fees and the final total with Universal.
How to read a weekly report
Our weekly reports group quotes by the week we observed them. They compare matching hotel and stay combinations for two adults at the standard rate in US dollars. The lowest room category may differ between observations. Missing comparisons are labeled; reports are not a complete market average or a promise of future savings.
Guide sources and corrections
Hotel policies and park rules come from the official sources linked in each guide. Planning examples are illustrations, not live offers. We use automated tools to help maintain the site and draft content; that does not replace the original source. Check your booking terms before acting, and send corrections through the support link below.
What we don't do
We are not affiliated with Universal Orlando Resort or Loews Hotels, and we are not a booking site — we never take a payment for a room or touch your reservation. Before you rebook, always verify the price and your booking's cancellation terms on Universal's site. We catch the drop; the booking stays between you and Universal.
